Onbase Web Client User Setting to Make Webmail Work

Log into web client. Click the down arrow to the right of you name in the upper right corner. Select Preferences (see Screen 1 below).
Scroll down to the bottom of the Preferences screen and turn off the option Single-Window mode (see Screen 2 below). Select Save and Close.
Log out of the Onbase web client. Log back in and the webmail option should work now.
